Job Summary
Conduct group-wide operational and financial analyses to steer the PolymerCycle-Gruppe's performance and identify efficiency synergies. Build, develop, and evaluate unified management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for transparent group and site performance tracking. Support the analysis, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of cross-platform processes, systems, and best practices. Contribute to central platform functions across operations, supply chain, finance, and sales while assisting operational companies with overarching initiatives. Participate in selected strategic and group-wide projects aimed at developing the PolymerCycle-platform along the entire value chain.
Required Qualifications

- Fähigkeit, große Datensätze im geschäftlichen Kontext zu interpretieren und zu strukturieren

Desired Qualifications
