Value Creation Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Develop and operationalize value-based tools, calculators, and dashboards that quantify savings, efficiency gains, and revenue impact across product lines. Partner with marketing, sales enablement, and clinical teams to build stakeholder-specific value propositions and embed value-driven messaging into customer conversations and training curricula. Conduct quantitative analysis and engage thought leaders to produce economic evidence and publications that demonstrate clinical, operational, and financial value to government, Integrated Delivery Networks, and distribution stakeholders. Collaborate with North America marketing and global business units to align value drivers and customer-facing narratives while promoting data-driven decision-making across commercial teams. This role supports the mission to transform diagnostic power into a healthier future for all within a remote office environment requiring up to 20% travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Economics, Public Health, Analytics, or a related field
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing analytics, commercial strategy, health economics, product marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience developing value-based tools, financial models, customer-facing ROI materials, calculators, dashboards, or economic evidence
  • Strong analytical capabilities and fluency in healthcare metrics, value quantification, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling and practical value narratives
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across marketing, sales, clinical, medical, product, analytics, and commercial teams without formal authority
  • Familiarity with health-economic concepts, reimbursement dynamics, and value-based care frameworks
  • Ability to build practical tools that commercial teams can effectively adopt and use
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20% overnight
  • Must be physically able to travel up to 20%
  • Must have the discipline, organization skills and self-motivation to work autonomously in a home office environment
  • Must be able to occasionally lift files and related materials up to 10 lbs
  • Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be regularly able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear
  • Must be frequently able to stand, walk, and sit
  • Must be occasionally able to reach, climb or balance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical technology, or another regulated industry
  • Advanced degree in Business, Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field
  • Experience working with government, IDN, Canadian Health Authority, distribution, or other complex healthcare channels
  • Demonstrated ability to engage thought leaders and develop value-focused publications or economic evidence
  • Insight-driven, collaborative, influential, and execution-focused approach
