Job Summary

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and suppliers to optimize end-to-end value chain performance from inbound material planning to final delivery. Operate as an engineer within the value chain, blending technical, purchasing, and supply chain expertise to resolve material shortages, improve flow and capacity, and drive data-driven decisions. Define boundary conditions, identify system constraints, and develop solutions for inbound material planning, product sourcing, supplier and internal capacity planning, and footprint/network analysis. Develop and maintain global value stream and network models to compare current and future configurations, strengthen supplier performance, and enable a resilient value chain. Analyze data across systems to translate insights into actionable recommendations, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
