Value Chain Calf Supply Lead

Lead enrollment of calves into the Beef Value Chain by identifying growers, cooperatives, and participants for nutritional programs and contractual arrangements. Develop strategic partnerships across the Young Animal segment to expand participation and deliver value, while managing day-to-day operations of young animal supply, particularly at the nursery. Collaborate with Purina, cooperative partners, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of cattle and customers, including data capture and compliance. Meet or exceed value chain enrollment expectations through independent navigation of ambiguity and relationship building.
