Value Based Payor Performance Analyst, Full Time, First Shift

Manage contract-level performance management, financial analysis, and compliance oversight for UC Health commercial and government value-based care arrangements. Interpret payer performance methodologies to validate and reconcile quality, utilization, attribution, and financial results. Forecast incentive attainment, shared savings, and revenue at risk while serving as an analytical liaison between Managed Care, Finance, Population Health, Quality, and payer partners. Resolve performance discrepancies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and provide leadership with actionable contract performance insights. This full-time, first-shift role supports external quality reporting and ensures accurate financial tracking across value-based care models.
