Job Summary
Manage a manageable patient volume of approximately 15 patients daily to support relationship-based, high-quality care focused on quality outcomes, chronic disease management, and comprehensive patient care. Deliver patient-centered care to the Medicare population within a physician-led, value-based primary care organization featuring strong operational infrastructure and a collaborative team culture. Practice Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with built-in time for walk-ins and administrative tasks in a stable, well-supported environment in Melbourne, FL.
