Value architect - supply chain, services & B2B platforms (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Lead transformation conversations with stakeholders and primary buyers such as CIO, CPO, COO and Head of Operations, translating operational ambition into fundable value cases. Architect the operations and platform estate spanning order-to-cash, logistics and distribution, claims and policy, billing and onboarding, customer service and the data platforms beneath them. Shape engagements that combine agentic AI, legacy modernisation and data platform work, drawing on Nortal's shared enterprise portfolio. Partner closely with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities, shape solutions and provide technical credibility throughout the sales process. Help clients identify the highest-value investment opportunities, improving throughput, cost-to-serve and platform resilience. Lead workshops, assessments and discovery engagements that establish clear transformation roadmaps. Support delivery as a solution or programme architect on engagements you help originate, ensuring business outcomes remain at the centre of delivery. Collaborate with Nortal's wider network of Value Architects and subject matter experts to bring together the right capabilities for each client.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, telecom or FMCG digitalisation, customer-side or as a senior consultant
- Fluent in German and English

- Experience in financial services or insurance
- Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, retail, travel and hospitality, professional services, or subscription and marketplace platforms
