Value architect- Industrial operations & manufacturing intelligence (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Lead strategic conversations with manufacturing executives to translate operational ambition into fundable value cases and shape transformation programmes spanning industrial AI, IT/OT integration, and predictive maintenance. Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, provide technical credibility, and help clients identify investments that improve yield, energy efficiency, and asset performance. Conduct workshops and discovery engagements to establish clear transformation roadmaps, then support delivery as a Solution Architect to ensure business outcomes remain central. Collaborate with subject matter experts to assemble the right capabilities for each client while mentoring colleagues to grow the industrial practice. Fluent in German and English, you will bridge the gap between the factory floor and the boardroom to help manufacturing organisations achieve measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience within industrial operations, manufacturing or industrial consulting
- Strong expertise in IT/OT integration, MES, OEE, asset performance management, predictive maintenance and industrial operations technology
- Practical experience applying AI, automation or advanced analytics within manufacturing environments
- Ability to build compelling business cases and engage confidently with both plant-floor teams and C-level executives
- Comfortable working alongside sales teams, bringing technical leadership and commercial insight without owning the commercial relationship
- Experience navigating complex enterprise portfolios and identifying the most appropriate solution for each client challenge
- Fluent in German and English
