Value Added Assistant

Clean, trim, assemble, and fabricate components using hand and power tools while maintaining fabrication machinery. Perform fit, form, and function checks, set up machines, and execute customer-added processes such as labeling. Read product guidelines, safety alerts, and standard work documents to ensure quality and safety compliance. Train other employees and assist departments as needed while actively participating in continuous improvement, 5S, and STW activities. Work in a safe, efficient manner using required personal protective equipment.
