Job Summary
Value-Add Lead Technician on 2nd Shift coordinating daily operations in the Value-Add area of cast-iron cookware production, including CNC machining, seasoning, packaging, and final quality verification. Leads workflow, reviews production schedules, supports operational goals, monitors staffing, material, equipment, and quality concerns, conducts shift handoffs, and assists with training and cross-training. Responsible for operating CNC lathes and mills, loading programs, performing setups and offset adjustments, monitoring performance and quality, coordinating preventive maintenance, tooling management, and ensuring finish and branding requirements. Oversees oil application and oven-curing processes for seasoning, ensures proper labeling, packing, palletizing, and shipment preparation, and maintains safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement within the shift. Requires a high school diploma or GED and proficiency with Windows-based systems, CNC file handling, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication and leadership skills. Location: South Pittsburg, TN.
Required Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Windows-based computer systems and file management
- Ability to load CNC files and make machine adjustments, including offsets and file selection
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and self-directed work ethic
