Job Summary
Conduct regular field visits to societies in Powai and other micro markets to measure unit layouts, record dimensions, and gather firsthand data for accurate valuations. Analyse and interpret data to assess market value, collaborate with the internal team to refine valuation models, and prepare detailed reports informing acquisition and sales strategies. Ensure all valuation-related data is accurately input into the company's database while maintaining consistency and standardisation. Coordinate with sales and acquisition teams to meet valuation needs and assist third-party vendors when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai
- Ability to work independently with full ownership, and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in property valuation or related fields
- Previous experience in data collection, real estate, or field operations
- Familiarity with Mumbai real estate market
- Total years of experience: 1-3 years
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using data collection tools and software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate & convince people
- Great Attention to Detail

- Great at Handling Data (digital form such as Airtable, GSheet, etc.)
