Job Summary
Conduct independent, high-quality valuations of commercial properties and large residential portfolios across the Netherlands for clients including banks, corporations, and institutional investors. Draft taxation reports supporting client decisions on acquisitions, sales, investments, financing, and annual reporting. Maintain close contact with clients, visit unique properties, and attend networking events to ensure advice remains future-proof through continuous monitoring of market developments. Provide advisory support to clients beyond valuations while collaborating with senior Valuers for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Vastgoed, Finance of Bouwkunde
- Is gestart met het meestergezel traject voor de kamer BV bij het NRVT
- Een nauwkeurige, analytische blik
- Goede commerciële vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met Excel
- Kennis van data-modellering
- Kennis van programmeertalen
