Valuation Surveyor

Valuation Surveyor required for a field-based residential and HMOs valuation role across the South West. You will travel from home to appointments (typically 4-5 inspections within a 40-50 mile radius) and spend afternoons completing reports from home. The role is primarily remote with strong central Bath office support for admin and meetings. Focused on valuations for secured lending across residential properties, including HMOs and blocks; commercial valuations experience is desirable but not essential. MRICS qualification and being a RICS Registered Valuer are preferred, with a proven track record in residential valuations for mortgage lending. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential. Salary £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience and status, plus 45p per mile mileage reimbursement.
