Valuation Surveyor

Valuation Surveyor needed to perform residential valuations for secured lending across the South West England region. Role involves travelling from home to 4–5 inspections within a 40–50 mile radius, then completing valuation reports from home with support from a Bath-based administrative office. Focus areas include standard residentials, HMOs, and residential blocks, with potential experience in commercial valuations welcomed. Requires MRICS qualification and/or RICS Registered Valuer status, proven residential valuations experience for mortgage lending, and a full UK driving licence. Autonomous role with daily scheduling autonomy and a workload centered on secure lending valuations; opportunity to work primarily remotely with periodic fieldwork and central office support.
