Job Summary
Execute price verification and benchmark processes, including calculation of fair value adjustments for diverse financial products. Assist with established control initiatives, support management reporting, and partner with functional groups, regulators, and auditors to ensure fair value and maintain consistency within the Valuation Control Group framework. Enhance control frameworks by reviewing independent pricing processes, implementing new tools for efficiency, and contributing to value-added projects impacting business, risk, and finance functions. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or engineering.
- Ability to understand complex financial products and analyze transaction flows.
- Understanding of valuation concepts for financial products and derivatives, with basic accounting knowledge.
- Analytical and quantitative aptitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visual Basic, automation, and database skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
