Job Summary
Valuation Analyst at Colliers in a Hybrid role based out of the Nashville local office. You will partner with Valuation Specialists to support the appraisal process, identify errors and anomalies, analyze data, gather market research, conduct assessments, tax searches, surveys, and organize market and property information. You will work toward becoming a licensed appraiser (trainee and certified general licenses) while leveraging your undergraduate degree and interests in commercial real estate. Key skills include data analysis, market research, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Argus is an asset. The role requires collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality work on budget and on time; compensation is 100% commission with a 35-50% production-based split, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship). Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma is required
- Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards trainee and certified general licenses
- Experience with Argus is an asset
- Strong computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication
- Interest in commercial real-estate and appetite to learn
