Job Summary
Build and maintain the platform running model benchmarks end to end, spanning backend libraries, web features, cloud infrastructure, and tooling. Work across the full stack as a generalist, independently designing, building, and shipping solutions for open-ended problems while leading code and architecture reviews. Partner closely with the research team to ensure infrastructure meets their evaluation needs using Python, Django, React, and TypeScript. Operate in a pre-seed startup environment with high autonomy to shape engineering culture and own significant platform components from day one.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience in full-stack or platform engineering
- A track record of building products from the ground up (0-to-1), whether at a major tech company, a venture-backed startup, or as a founder
- Strong, hands-on production Python in a professional setting
- Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
- An undergraduate CS degree from a top-25 program (a top-5 program stands out if your experience is lighter)

- A history of building production systems of meaningful scale and scope
