Job Summary
Lead talent acquisition for Valnet, overseeing the resource network, onboarding new contributors, interviewing specialized roles and remote contributors, tracking and filling requests for new remote contributors, ensuring new hires meet Valnet standards, investigating and vetting freelance job boards, and managing remote team budget and operations; collaborate with Operations Manager, Managing Editors, and HR/legal teams to align recruiting standards and support editorial talent across on-site Montreal operations.
