Job Summary
The Validation Technician will execute and improve system-level validation and qualification processes for commercial quantum refrigeration systems. You will assemble, wire, and test hardware, operate lab equipment, troubleshoot component-level issues, maintain calibration and organized work areas, support CAPA activities with data collection and documentation, perform basic statistical analysis and data reporting, and maintain QMS documentation. The role emphasizes safety, production readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance and reliability requirements. Preferred experience includes CAD (OnShape), GD&T, automated test systems (Python, LabVIEW), experience with ISO 9001 QMS, and exposure to cryogenic or complex hardware systems; MES/CAD tools like Tulip or Cin7 are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Basic understanding of equipment control software interfaces. Windows / Office / Linux software experience.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
