Validation Subproject Manager in Environmental Validation

Lead and coordinate environmental validation projects for automotive control units, including scheduling and coordination from contracting to final reporting, cost and effort tracking, and capacity planning of validation test equipment and teams. Daily coordination of the laboratory team and representation of environmental validation in engineering. Maintain contact with suppliers and internal customers. Requires a B.Sc or M.Sc. in management or engineering, outstanding organizational and coordination skills, proactive task follow-up, open communication, good people skills, responsible conduct, agility, and teamwork; willingness to learn new technologies and technical solutions. Proficiency in English; German is advantageous. Preferred experience includes testing or validation and project management.
