Job Summary
Manage day-to-day handling of validation certificate orders, verify customer organizations and authenticate contact details, audit and issue certificate orders, and provide superior customer service via phone, email, and live chat. Independently resolve customer issues, maintain Sectigo’s customer base, and work with order management tools. Requires research skills, knowledge of TLS/security products, and familiarity with SSL PKI; strong communication and multi-tasking abilities; in-office role at Chennai, with standard shift expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or college degree in business and/or technical related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer support and/or data entry experience
- Ability to work with in-house validation and order management tools
- Knowledge of Windows and Office products
- Prior experience verifying and comparing data
- Knowledge of SSL PKI products and services preferred
- Must be able to work shift work including holidays or as assigned
