Job Summary
Define validation approaches including virtual validation for complex vehicle components. Execute test campaigns by planning activities per the product design validation plan, coordinating execution, analyzing data, and reporting findings. Obtain sign-off on validation results at key project milestones such as SOP. Translate abstract test requirements into concrete test requests while managing long-term and weekly roadblocks to ensure efficiency. Support colleagues by sharing practical knowledge through work instructions and technical guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and leverage experience with test facilities across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Master in Elektromechanica, Automotive Engineering of vergelijkbaar door ervaring
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de automotive sector
- Ervaring met testengineering en testfaciliteiten
- Ervaring in het technisch leiden van een team
- Analytisch en gestructureerd met een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
- Klantgericht, flexibel en resultaatgericht
- Communicatief sterk en in staat om validatieactiviteiten binnen de organisatie te vertegenwoordigen
- Vloeiend in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Ervaring met test- en meetsoftware zoals VECTOR CANape, CANalyser, AVL-CRETA, INCA of Matlab
- Ervaring met methodieken zoals 8D en gestructureerde voorbereiding van tests
Desired Qualifications
- Kennis van hybride voertuigen of automatische transmissies is een pluspunt
