Validation Engineer

Design, execute, and document IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for product, processes, facilities, software, and equipment while adhering to client quality regulations. Review existing validation reports to identify GMP compliance gaps and develop strategies to close them efficiently. Monitor corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives that impact performance measures. Collaborate with end users and process owners to collect, analyze data, and create validation reports. Provide guidance on equipment qualification methodologies and participate in project teams for risk management documentation and design reviews. Support manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams in identifying and mitigating equipment-related risks through testing and change control activities.
