Job Summary
Ensure all activities follow ISO/IEC 17025 standards and manage audit and visit support for quality system implementation. Oversee test resource management according to project schedules, conduct test specification reviews, and develop test methods. Update test status on the Lab Portal system, create incident reports, and evaluate test results for reporting. Provide technical support for test result and issue analysis while training technicians. Support the functional manager to improve test quality and efficiency.
