Job Summary
Oversee daily Valet and Transportation operations; supervise Valet staff, Valet Leads, Dispatchers, and VIP Drivers; manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, payroll/timekeeping, and record-keeping; uphold Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s ELITE service standards and AAA Four Diamond service; ensure all vehicles are maintained to Four-Diamond standard; address guest inquiries and assist with dispatching as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in valet or transportation operations preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
- Strong leadership qualities including communication and motivation
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
