Job Summary
Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests while answering questions, opening doors, and assisting with luggage and special needs. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, fill out tickets with damage checks, and maintain keys in a secure, organized manner. Ensure the valet area remains clean and professional, reporting any accidents or incidents to a supervisor immediately. Work the 2nd Shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM) Sunday through Tuesday as part of the AAA Parking family, maintaining a polished appearance and adhering to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check

- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
