Job Summary
Provide top-notch customer service and treat all customers with respect while draining, cleaning, and balancing water in hot tubs and swim spas. Inspect equipment, suggest upgrades, and maintain the valet vehicle inventory. Complete job paperwork daily and work outdoors in the elements. Maintain inventory of valet vehicle while keeping it clean and organized. Full-time role with Monday-Friday hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with occasional later shifts). Requires high school diploma, previous spa experience preferred, and ability to lift heavy weights. Compensation commensurate with experience; benefits include PTO, holiday pay, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and efficiently communicate with customers and fellow employees
- Care about details and demonstrate organizational skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures and guidelines
- Be dependable, timely and reliable
- Basic computer and mathematics skills
- Physical effort required associated with standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull heavy weight
- Ability to work outdoors in the elements
- Complete job paperwork and turn in daily
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hot tub, swim spa and/or pool experience preferred
