Oversee daily valet operations by assisting the Guest Service Manager with staff performance, managing tip handling and payroll submissions, and ensuring accurate vehicle counts. Lead pre-shift meetings, verify associate uniforms and grooming standards, and resolve guest questions, concerns, and service claims with professionalism. Supervise safe key handling and vehicle management, submit incident reports promptly, and manage the setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas. Foster a team-oriented culture focused on operational excellence, safety, and accountability while maintaining high service standards. Work 40+ hours on-site at assigned accounts, completing required training modules and attending staff meetings.
