Job Summary
Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards while coordinating staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet operational demand. Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize congestion, enforce safety and traffic control procedures, and serve as the on-site escalation point for guest concerns, service issues, or incidents. Ensure accurate vehicle tracking through ticketing systems, oversee cash handling and revenue reconciliation, and respond to accidents or damage claims by completing required documentation. Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of staff while promoting teamwork and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with good driving records
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift)
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security
- Reimagined Parking participates in the E‐Verify program to confirm employment eligibility
