Job Summary
Valet Supervisor leads and supervises valet attendants during assigned shifts, coordinates staffing and vehicle flow to minimize guest wait times, enforces safety and compliance with state and local regulations, serves as on-site escalation for guest concerns, manages cash handling and revenue reconciliation, and supports onboarding and training of staff to ensure professional, service-focused operations at Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove. Strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required to maintain high-quality, safe valet service in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license (stick shift experience preferred), be available for flexible schedules (nights/weekends/holidays), pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with good driving records
- Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) required
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must successfully pass a background check
