Job Summary
Manage client relations, create and publish schedules, and enforce company policies while coaching your team of valet attendants. Ensure Prompt, Polite, and Professional customer service is consistently provided by working directly in the valet lane. Maintain timekeeping and weekly schedules on Homebase, handle complaints using effective problem-solving techniques, and ensure adequate employee coverage throughout your location. Receive complaints and utilize effective problem-solving techniques to maintain compliance with current client policies. Consistently check in with your Account Manager and attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings. This role offers opportunities for growth into a Manager position.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Pass drug screening and criminal background check
- Clean driving record in the last 3 years
- Complete understanding of vehicle basics
- One or more years of supervisor or management experience
- Available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Great interpersonal communication
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
