Job Summary
Conduct daily valet operations by completing shift, disciplinary, and damage reports while supervising all staff, verifying hours, and addressing issues. Maintain strict adherence to policy and procedure, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with employees and management. Handle customer inquiries, resolve problems quickly, and ensure a safe workplace. Attend regular meetings and conferences. Requires valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Benefits include health insurance after 60 days, PTO, and quarterly incentives based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
- Have a clean criminal background record
- Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Be flexible with availability
- Experience with valet parking and/or management experience
- Must have previous computer skills when it comes to file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management
- Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer issues, problems, or questions
- Provide and safe workplace that handles employee questions and concerns
