Job Summary
Greet Members and guests promptly upon arrival with a professional, service-first approach. Safely park and retrieve Member and guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper handling and safeguarding of keys. Assist with opening doors, unloading personal items, and providing directional assistance as needed. Maintain organization and flow of the valet drive, monitor traffic for safety, and keep the valet area clean. Provide general Club information, communicate with other departments, and assist with light porter duties like transporting packages. Observe and report safety, security, or maintenance concerns. Support special events and high-volume periods with organized service execution.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to enter and exit a wide variety of vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Ability to operate motor vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and kneel throughout a shift.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours consistently).

- Fundamental time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, both with a team and independently.
- Exhibits good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to problem solve and react quickly to any issues which arise during a shift.
