Job Summary
Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests while answering questions, opening doors, and assisting with luggage. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, maintaining keys securely and conducting vehicle damage checks. Ensure the valet area remains clean and organized, adhering to appearance standards and safety protocols for guest and vehicle security. Report incidents immediately and perform routine equipment inspections. Maintain a professional demeanor and work closely with hotel staff to coordinate operations during busy periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Open Availability on Weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
