Job Summary
Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests, answer customer questions professionally, and open car doors while assisting with coats and luggage. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, fill out valet tickets with damage checks, and maintain keys securely. Keep the valet area clean and organized, perform routine equipment inspections, and report any accidents or incidents to a supervisor immediately. Maintain a polished appearance adhering to uniform standards and work closely with hotel staff to coordinate operations. Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license, able to stand 100% of weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), and pass a background check. Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
- Open Availability on Weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
