Job Summary
Valet Attendant at Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway: greet and assist guests, open doors, assist with coats and luggage, retrieve and park vehicles, conduct vehicle damage checks, maintain keys securely, maintain a clean and professional appearance, coordinate with hotel staff, follow safety protocols, report incidents, and uphold AAA Parking service standards. Requires excellent guest service, strong communication, ability to stand for the shift (3:00PM–11:00PM), and must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license. Prior hospitality or high-end customer service experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
