Job Summary
Valet/Porter role at Pullman & Mercure Brisbane King George Square requires handling guest vehicles, delivering luggage, and providing high-level customer service in a luxury/hospitality setting. Responsibilities include parking and delivering guest cars, assisting guests with moving luggage, responding to guest queries, and maintaining efficient guest deliveries. The ideal candidate has experience with high-volume, luxury service, strong communication skills, a valid full manual driver’s license, and availability to work across Monday to Sunday, including early mornings, late nights, and public holidays. Knowledge of Brisbane and local recommendations is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Valid full manual driver’s license
