Job Summary
Greets guests upon arrival, opens vehicle doors, and provides prompt valet service while safely driving, parking, and retrieving guest and patient vehicles. Maintains accurate records of vehicle information, valet tickets, and keys, and assists patients or guests with mobility devices, luggage, or other personal items as needed. Keeps the valet area clean, orderly, and professional at all times, reporting any vehicle damage or safety concerns immediately. Provides general information or directions to facility locations as requested and performs other duties as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and safety
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service or valet driving experience preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly in fast-paced environments
