Job Summary
Valet Parking-Supervisor role overseeing garage valet operations, leading staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include ensuring safety for team and guests, operating vehicles safely when needed, tracking keys and vehicles, maintaining garage organization, setting a positive workplace tone, enforcing approved language and uniform standards, coordinating with coworkers to communicate shift plans, and modeling professional appearance. Requires entry-level supervisory experience, English proficiency, ability to drive and pass checks, and a schedule of Monday–Friday 9am–5pm; compliance with hospital occupational health requirements (immunization records) is required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid Driver’s License in state of residency
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test
- Maintains uniform standards when on job premises
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Be organized
