Job Summary
Valet Parking-Supervisor role overseeing a garage operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include leading staffing and escalated operational needs, ensuring safety for team members and guests, overseeing keys and vehicle tracking, maintaining garage organization, promoting a positive work environment, enforcing VPNE uniform guidelines, and communicating shift plans. Must be enthusiastic, approachable, and able to operate vehicles safely when needed; requires English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, in Needham, MA (in-person). The role emphasizes customer interaction, professional appearance, and teamwork to uphold high guest experience standards.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid Driver’s License in state of residency
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Be organized
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Friendly and Outgoing
- Able to smile during customer interactions
- Possess an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Be able to pass a driving test
- Possess a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider
