Job Summary
Direct vehicles to available parking spaces, collect fees using a cash register, and provide customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and directions. Safely drive and park manual transmission vehicles, operate golfcarts or other property vehicles, and perform duties similar to a delivery driver when moving vehicles within the premises. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues while utilizing retail math skills for cash handling. This role requires full availability during mornings and afternoons, with an 8-hour shift potentially arranged between 6:00 am and 12:00 am, including weekends. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, and experience in valet parking or dealership settings is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle proficiently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in driving various types of vehicles safely
- Experience in valet parking or dealership settings
- Bilingual proficiency
- Fully availability during mornings and afternoons
- Shift of 8 hours between 6:00 am to 12:00 am
- Weekends required
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 15 pounds or more
- Capacity to work in environments with varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
