Job Summary
The Valet Attendant will coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, and enter customer information, while parking/retrieving guest vehicles safely, inspecting for pre-existing damage, and maintaining vehicle safety and security. Responsibilities include delivering high-level customer service, directing traffic, handling valet fees and end-of-shift reconciliation, assisting with luggage, promptly reporting incidents, and communicating professionally with guests, clients, and teammates. Must be at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify). This role is onsite at 3400 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA.”,
