Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests, offer professional valet services, and accommodate them by opening doors and assisting with luggage. Direct traffic in the parking area, answer questions about local attractions and amenities, and collect and accurately label keys for proper return. Park vehicles in predetermined areas following all traffic laws while operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely. Maintain legible handwriting and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as the first and last impression for visitors at one of over 500 locations across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Valid driver license
