Valet/Night Porter

Greet and welcome guests while driving their vehicles to and from the hotel parking facility safely and efficiently. Deliver items to guests, answer questions about the hotel and surrounding area, and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Handle guest vehicles with care, walk the floors to ensure property safety, and assist elderly or disabled patrons as needed. Collaborate with the Night Auditor to resolve issues such as noise complaints or fire alarms, and clean hotel areas as requested. Report all problems or unusual matters promptly to management. Maintain complete uniform and arrive on time while adhering to established company policies.
