Job Summary
Greet arriving and departing guests, park and retrieve guest vehicles, open doors, and provide information and directions. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, hotel staff, and co-workers. Adhere to AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards. Demonstrate prompt, courteous service, with shifts throughout the day (7:00AM–3:00PM, 3:00PM–11:00PM, 11:00PM–7:00AM) and weekends required. Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and complete a background check. Prior hospitality or high-end customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).
- Flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Successfully pass a background check.
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Previous hospitality or high-end customer service experience preferred
