Job Summary
Valet at a luxury hotel in Ibiza. Responsible for greeting guests on arrival, assisting with unloading items, delivering laundry to guestrooms, responding promptly to guest requests and to Front Desk or Whatever/Whenever inquiries, and ensuring professional appearance and confidentiality. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning, completes valet tickets accurately, coordinates repairs/pick-up when completed, and follows company policies. Requires excellent guest service skills and a flexible schedule; ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds. Education required: high school diploma or GED equivalent; minimum 1 year related work experience; no supervisory experience; no license required.
