Job Summary
Valet at Marriott in Aspen, responsible for delivering a memorable guest arrival and departure experience. The Guest Arrival Expert guides guests through the arrival and departure process, performs a range of services, processes operational needs, addresses guest requests, completes reports, and shares highlights of the local area. Requires staying on their feet for extended periods and performing hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying (up to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 75 pounds with assistance). Emphasizes safety, confidentiality, professionalism in appearance and communications, adherence to company policies and procedures, and protecting assets.
