Job Summary
Manage valet shift operations at the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa, including supervising all employees, verifying hours, and addressing disciplinary issues. Complete daily reports such as shift, disciplinary, damage, and claim reports while maintaining operations according to policy. Communicate schedules, handle customer service inquiries, and multitask to troubleshoot problems quickly. Ensure a safe workplace by addressing employee concerns and providing clear verbal and written communication. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions, and availability for weekends, nights, and holidays. Quarterly incentives are based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
- Have a clean criminal background record
- Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Be flexible with availability
- Experience with valet parking and/or management experience
- Must have previous computer skills when it comes to file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management
- Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer issues, problems, or questions
- Provide and safe workplace that handles employee questions and concerns
