Job Summary
Develop and train Valet Captains and staff, completing valet schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses. Oversee customer service programs, maintain strong client relationships, and assist supervisors in resolving complaints and operational issues. Review shift report audits to ensure business integrity and enforce compliance with company and client policies. Respond to operational issues as needed, including after normal business hours, while upholding the highest professional standards. This role requires full-time, Tuesday through Saturday hours in Hartford, CT, with flexible weekend availability. Required Qualifications
- previous parking industry experience
- management experience in the Parking, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality Industries
- Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
- Established experience with scheduling
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business
