Job Summary
Senior-level Valet Manager responsible for leading client relations across healthcare and condo locations, hiring and scheduling employees, coaching staff, ensuring safety directives, managing accounts and budgets, and delivering top-tier customer service. Key duties include maximizing staffing efficiency, maintaining equipment and supplies, overseeing timesheets and payroll data, delivering monthly progress updates to clients, coordinating with Supervisors/Leads to meet staffing budgets, organizing traffic flow and overflow parking, and applying conflict resolution strategies to maintain positive relationships with clients and staff. Requires proven management experience, strong communication, scheduling, reporting, and a focus on safety and quality checks, with occasional weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Must have a clean driving record within the last three years
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to commute to assigned locations
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong background in computers and programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
